You'll learn foundational, recognition-based techniques and personalized techniques. Pacing adjusts to your actual integration: some weeks you're ready for new material, and other weeks you need more time with your practice.

What's Included:

✦ Weekly 1-on-1 sessions: (video/phone) where we explore your unique meditative architecture for 60-90 minutes. During integration weeks, we shift to brief 15-minute check-ins. This intelligent pacing honors how learning actually happens.

✦ Between-session support (text/email): Questions or challenges between sessions? Contact me. I respond within hours via text (even weekends) or within 24-48 hours via email.

✦ Journal feedback (when you submit entries): I review entries you share and provide written feedback, typically within 24-48 hours. Daily submission optional but encouraged.

✦ Psychometric assessments (minimum 2): Administered at the beginning and midpoint to track shifts in your meditative disposition. We may test at other points as suitable.

✦ Flexible timeline: 8 weeks is standard. Most clients complete within this timeframe. If genuine integration needs require longer, we'll discuss extension options, typically at no additional cost.

You'll learn the same foundational, recognition-based methods from the 1-on-1 program, delivered in a self-paced curriculum. You'll get support from Joshua and community support from other practitioners (when available).

✦ Support from Joshua:

I respond to questions and discussions in the forum within 24-48 hours. Get consistent guidance throughout your practice.
