Understanding Your Meditative Architecture

Maybe you're new to meditation. Maybe you've tried meditation before and it worked, until it didn't.

Or maybe you started with good intentions but couldn't tell if anything was actually happening. Or perhaps you've been practicing for years but sense there's something you're not quite seeing.

Here's what I've learned after mapping thousands of meditation profiles: you weren't doing it wrong. You were using an approach that didn't match how your system actually works.

The InnerMap reveals how your awareness, attention, and nervous system naturally move, so you can stop forcing calm and start recognizing what's already here.

🔍 How The InnerMap Works

This is a two-part framework that reveals the patterns you've been living inside (often for years) and shows you which approaches align with how you're actually built.

1. Part One: Contemplative Inquiry (10-15 minutes)

You'll answer questions about your meditation background, how your attention and body naturally respond, what obstacles you face, and what you're looking for right now. Some questions are straightforward. Others reveal patterns in how you process experience: where your attention goes, how you meet difficulty, how you learn best. This helps me understand not just your meditation history, but how your nervous system actually works and what approach will fit your life. Once shared, I’ll personally connect by email or text within 1-2 days so we can schedule your free consultation.

2. Part Two: 5D Assessment (10-15 minutes)

When you schedule your session, you'll do a psychometric assessment measuring key factors like non-reactivity, nonjudgment, observation, and present-moment attention. These qualities shape how you meet difficulty and return to calm. This part adds precision to your InnerMap, revealing patterns that complement what you shared in Part One.

3. InnerMap Analysis (1-2 days)

I'll personally review both sets of responses and identify your specific meditative architecture. I cross-reference your profile against 3,100+ patterns I've charted to ensure the findings are both precise and practical. This will reveal:
✦ How your attention naturally moves (and why certain techniques feel impossible)

✦ How your nervous system processes stress and settles into calm

✦ Which meditation approaches work with your system instead of against it

✦ What you're already doing well (that you might not have noticed)

4. Free Zoom Consultation (30-45 min)

We'll walk through your InnerMap together. I'll show you exactly what I'm seeing: why past approaches worked or didn't, what's uniquely effective for your architecture, and what practice steps make sense for you now.

🧘 Who This Serves

This evaluation is for you if:

✦You're completely new to meditation and want to start with precision instead of generic instructions that may or may not fit how you're built.

✦You've been inconsistent with practice, and it feels valuable in quiet moments but disappears the moment life gets demanding, and you're not sure why.

✦You're an experienced practitioner who senses it's time to move from repeating techniques to recognizing what the techniques were pointing toward all along.

🔑 What You’ll Gain
Clear understanding of your architecture (how your attention moves and how your nervous system responds to stress)

Insight into why specific methods worked or didn't (finally making sense of your meditation history and best approaches)

Practical, personal next steps tailored to you (specific guidance for how you're built)

Recognition of capacities you already have (the awareness and skills you've been using without realizing it)

🪞 See Yourself as You Actually Are

The InnerMap reveals the patterns you've been living inside: how you naturally process experience, where your attention gets stuck, how calm actually arises in your nervous system.

The questions may feel unusual. Some will require you to pause and notice something you've never articulated. That's by design. These inquiries reveal what conventional assessments miss.

The invitation: See your system as it actually is, not as you think it should be, not as others have told you it should be, just as it is.

That honest recognition is where real practice begins.
